I’m a bit of a techie and I am a lighting specialist. I love learning to improve my craft. It is what keeps it fresh and fun for me.
This year, I celebrated my 19th wedding anniversary and I’m married to an amazing guy and we have the coolest little boy named Trent. The poor kid is going to end up hating cameras from me torturing him constantly! We also have two boxers, Tucker and Molly. They are our four legged kids.
I have an easy manner, combined with a bit of sarcasm and dry sense of humor. I very much love my job and my clients. Many have been with me since the start!
I am Lyncca, the Owner & Lead Photographer for Lyncca Harvey Photography. My little company is based in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, but I have been lucky enough to travel with my amazing clients across the U.S., Mexico and even London for portraits and weddings! I have captured over 350 amazing weddings during my nearly 12 years in the industry.

How far in advance should I book my wedding?
As soon as possible after booking your venue. Weekends book up quickly, especially during peak wedding season. To learn more about my services or to book, contact me!
I currently accept credit card, venmo, cash and check. Paypal is not accepted. If you have other methods of payment, please inquire!
What forms of payment do you take?
Absolutely! Not all weddings are the same! I am happy to create a customized wedding package to suit your needs. I can also create a custom portrait session for you as well. Contact me and tell me your ideas!
Do you provide customized packages?
I absolutely love destinations! I have photographed weddings and photo sessions in all over including all over Texas, Las Vegas, New Orleans, New Mexico, Oregon, Mexico, London and on a cruise ship. Let's chat about your adventure!
Can I hire you to shoot my destination wedding?
Yes! I can work out a payment schedule to make sure that you are able to pay for your photos. Minimally, all events and portraits require a retainer upon booking, with the ending balance due before the day of services.
Do you take payment installments?
I have photographed well over 350 weddings, including: Catholic, Christian, Vietnamese, Latino, Tongan, Serbian, Hispanic, Nigerian, Kenyan, Indian, traditional Muslim, double and LGBTQ+ weddings.
I have also photographed many other events and celebrations such as birthday parties, bat/bar mitzvahs, quienceneras, corporate events and conferences and more!
What type of events have you photographed?
Do you help us pose?
Of course! I hear this question so often! None of my photos are with professional models. I work with you and help pose you to reflect your personality!
For weddings, the couple signs the contract and is the main point of contact, regardless of whom is paying for the photographs, For portraits, either the adult being photographed or legal guardian of a minor signs the contract.
Someone else is paying. Who signs the contract?
Do I receive the high-resolution, edited files?
Do you have backup equipment?
Yes. I carry liability insurance, which allows me to work at any location or venue. I have a business license, sales tax ID, and equipment insurance.
Are you insured?
Absolutely! All packages are priced accordingly to include the high-resolution files, all edited to reflect my style. You are not required to purchase any further items once your contract is fulfilled. Print products ARE offered if you have interest!
Yes! I carry TWO sets of professional grade equipment with me at all times. My cameras also have two memory cards to backup as I shoot and my computer is fully backed up constantly online and I have an external backup system.
I have not one, but several back up photographers available in the case of an emergency. I am also a member of several different organizations that I can also reach out to for additional coverage if needed.
