Today, I am finishing up the edits and delivering this gorgeous wedding at the Brake & Clutch Warehouse! Nathan & Sherri are yet another of my couples affected by COVID this past year. They decided to postpone until things were safer and it was so worth it. (My goodness, I am so happy to see people dancing again!!) I’m so excited for all of my couples that are FINALLY getting to move to the next chapter in their life after such a rough year.
There were so many little details to make this day perfect. They decorated this lovely warehouse space with an “overgrown industrial” theme with touches of Italy throughout. One thing that I found interesting and really thought was unique is that there weren’t ANY flowers! All of her floral design, which was perfectly executed by After Yes wedding planning and Park Cities Petals was long tables (my favorite) adorned with olive leaves, lanterns and wine bottle table assignments. And, can we talk about this cake?? The design certainly drew quite a lot of conversation from the guests AND vendors. The detail is absolutely perfect. I thought it had a very “Game of Thrones” feel to it. I’ve photographed weddings for nearly 12 years and I was never so tempted to touch a cake to “feel” it. LOL
Besides the wonderfully dark, romantic insides of this gorgeous venue with the best little light pockets, there are so many fun murals outside around the building in Deep Ellum that we were able to take advantage of as well. It was a perfect day and I hope all the happiness in the world for you two!
Thank you to this amazing rockstar vendor team!
