Fort Worth Family Photographer | The Gorman Family

I had the pleasure of meeting the Gorman family with their sweet, sweet little girl Eliana.  We met in Downtown Grapevine and finished up down by the trains.

Enjoy :)

Today, I went to meet little Miss Briley at her home.  She is 10 weeks old and she immediately melted my heart.  I walked in to say hi and check out the environment before lugging in all of my stuff and Briley was laying on the floor.  I went to see her and immediately she started smiling away.

Not only was she happy then, she stayed happy the whole session.  This is a first for me!  I typically at some point annoy most babies with me trying to pose them, but not her.  She just looked at me with her big, big baby blues and then we got her to sleep for the rest of the session.

I hope to be able to continue watching this little cutie-pie turn into a little lady!

Way back, and it really is way back, Greg and I attended school together.  I forget what year we met.  I think I remember around middle school or so.  With Facebook, I got back in contact with him and now he asked me to take his family pictures.  Although the weather has been miserable for us Texans, Greg picked the lucky day where it rained early in the afternoon and left the evening with a wonderful breeze, light clouds and a great sunset. We went down to the historic Fort Worth Stockyards for their session.

Greg’s lovely wife and two handsome sons were a ball to shoot with and goodness, look how photogenic they all are!

Boyd Senior Photography | Victoria is graduating!

This pretty young lady is Victoria.  She goes to Boyd High School.  Wow is she active!  If I heard correctly, she is in both cheer leading and band (I’m not sure how she manages that). She is also very active with her family and church.

She will be graduating this year and wanted me to take her pictures in the Fort Worth Stockyards. Once again, I wandered out into different territory to get some fun shots for her with her hat and boots.

Victoria, I hope you enjoy your pictures and have a blast this year!  Good luck in your future.  I know great things are in store for you

McKinney Cotton Mill Engagement Session | Julie and Eric are engaged!

McKinney Cotton Mill Engagement Photography

Yesterday, I met this beautiful couple up at one of my favorite locations; the McKinney Cotton Mill. Right now, it is HOT, HOT, HOT.   This is an old, dirty, musty, UNAIRCONDITIONED building.  Right now, it is an oven.  When we leave, we are quite literally dripping with sweat. As I always have said, my clients are such good sports doing whatever I ask of them.  In this case, sweating and walking over 10 ft drops only covered with plywood in high heels to get THE shot.  It paid off, don’t you think?

Congratulations to you two and have fun in Vegas getting married!

Las Colinas Canals Engagement Session | Manuel & Fabiola are engaged!

Las Colinas Canals Engagement Photographer

Wow, how do I get so lucky to have such wonderful & beautiful couples? I’m not quite sure myself, but you won’t hear any complaints from me!  This is Manuel & Fabiola.  Not only are they gorgeous, they happened to be very cool, understanding people too!

On my way to their engagement session, the worst thing happened.  My car died about 5 minutes from our shoot location.  It wouldn’t start for NOTHIN’.  So, of course, the first thing I did was call them.  They happened to be a few minutes from getting off at the exit I was located, so they stopped and picked me up and we went and shot their session.  They then took me back to my car and I handled everything from there.  Gosh, how embarrassing!!

Thankfully, I have some gorgeous pictures to show from it   This was my first session at the beautiful Las Colinas Canals.  . . . → Read More: Las Colinas Canals Engagement Session | Manuel & Fabiola are engaged!
