Wow, look at me! Two blog posts in one day! I may actually catch up with all my work one day!
This adorable couple is Matt & Jinelle. We had their session in the popular Fort Worth Stockyards on a really beautiful, “Winter” day! You will see more of these guys soon when I go shoot their fabulous wedding! Enjoy!

Good morning! Its a rainy day out there, which reminded me of the last time it was rainy and cold a couple of weeks ago. If I’ve said anything repeatedly, its that my couples are the best! My girls will do anything for me! I had an idea of going out and shooting on a rainy, cloudy day. My bride from last year, Reagan was all up for it! It was windy and blasting us with rain at 45 degrees. We bundled Reagan up, gave her hot tea and hand warmers and went for it! We shot for about an hour and she didn’t complain once!
Anyway, here are the results from our day!

Then, I pulled out the lighting gear
And, last, I had to show a picture from the start of the shoot of her all bundled up Oh, and we figured out real fast the veil wasn’t going to work. It was attacking her head in the wind!

This year for New Year’s Eve, I got to spend the evening with such a fun couple. Alex and Jill had such a sweet ceremony, followed with a fun reception with everything from break-dancing to fireworks! Seriously, my couples are the coolest people ever. Enjoy the pictures!

Today I have another sweet wedding from one of my favorite little chapels! I just love the Marty Leonard Chapel. This day it was absolutely gorgeous outside and the perfect amount of cloud cover created beautiful lighting in the chapel. After the wedding ceremony, we headed to the Woodhaven Country Club for the celebration Enjoy!

If you have followed me long, you will recognize this amazing family. I met them last year for the first time when doing their family session. Its so much fun with clients that come back year after year, especially with older kids because they are old enough to remember me and their previous session, so we got to chat about that and how much fun it was.
This year, I had a contest for a free session to celebrate my business’s two year (full-time) anniversary and the Hanna’s won! I couldn’t have been happier for them! After some weather delays, we finally got to do their session yesterday. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful day.
As expected, we all had a great time again. I even got Lisa and Chuck to climb a tree!
Sometimes, my little clients have different ideas than I do when it comes to posing. I find that this actually just makes the picture that much cuter Ranger wanted to listen to nature vs. sitting up like everyone else.
I hope yall enjoyed viewing this session as much as I did taking it! Thank you again Chuck and Lisa for allowing me to capture your family’s memories!
